| How to operate an affiliate site |
After you sign up, (after sign up, you will be the owner of advertisement you place on your site) all you have to do is place html code anywhere on your website. There is no cost to sign up or for anything.
There is a control panel for you to manage easily. The system is maintained by the engineer to extract data and manage programming. |

| In order to identify affiliate correctly and accurately, 4 digits banner ID is issued. By this number, Global Cash maintains access and sales. Banner ID is issued right after sign up and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. |

| For those who have multiple websites |
| You can use your banner ID on any websites which you have. Once you sign up as an affiliate, you do not need a permission to place a banner on the other websites. |

To sign up, enter your user name and e-mail address and choose how to advertise. Like data management, we carefully manage the information given in sign up.

| Payment of affiliate reward and closing account |
Payment of affiliate reward will be paid to the bank account specified by a user. Please register the bank account in the control panel.
Counting of affiliate reward is made every month (from the beginning of a month till the end of a month), it is paid on the 25th of the month after next month (If 25th is Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be paid the next business day). However, the amount of reward must reach US$110.00. If it does not exceed US$110.00 within a month, the reward is carried over to the next month. Moreover, in paying out reward, Global Cash takes out $10.00 for transfer commission fee.
Closing account
If the reward is generated by 2005/06/30, Global Cash pays reward by 2005/08/25. |
