Affiliate terms and conditions |

Global Cash affiliate partner terms and condition is to discipline the relationship between G3Interactive Venture (from here on, we) and the affiliate partner who is defined in this paragraph. Affiliate site must observe all the agreement and conditions which are defined below. We reserve the right to stop distributing advertisement and refuse to pay reward to those affiliate partners who do not obey the rules.
Article 1 (Definition)
1. Affiliate site, affiliate partner and user
We define those who sign up in accordance with our terms and conditions, use the network through the website, lead users to a merchant site, and obtain affiliate reward as an affiliate partner, and define the site owned by them as an affiliate site. Also, we define those who try to go, or go to a merchant site through the advertisement on the site of affiliate partner to a merchant site.
2. Merchant, merchant site
We define those who sign up in accordance with our terms and conditions, try to lead users to their site on which they own and sell services, as a merchant, and define their site as a merchant site.
3. Affiliate reward
When a user takes an action of a sale, lead or click of a user, the reward is paid to an affiliate partner by a merchant.
4. Sale, lead, click reward
In affiliate program, we define the reward paid from a merchant to an affiliate in accordance with the sales occurred on a merchant site as sales reward, the reward paid in accordance with the user's action such as filling in a form, or answering questionnaire as lead reward. The reward that is paid in accordance with the number of click through a banner on an affiliate site is defined as click reward. Also, we define a sale, lead and click all together as result reward. Even if the same user clicks on the same banner repeatedly within a certain period of time, it is not approved.
5.Affiliate program, Global Cash
It consists of a merchant and an affiliate, and it is a system called affiliate program in which leads users to an affiliate site and when there is an outcome, a merchant pays an affiliate reward to an affiliate partner. The affiliate program or network which we offer is called Global Cash.
6. Link
It is a hyper link which is placed on an affiliate site, and with a click on it, a user visit the merchant's site. It can be text, product image, button logo, banner and any kind of format generated by a merchant.
Article 2 (application and approval)
An affiliate partner, after agreeing to all the terms and conditions, sign up for an affiliate of Global Cash. He takes the procedures by filling out the application form online. We audit your profile and your site, if it is approved, your membership becomes valid.
Article 3 (Services)
We offer the network which we manage and operate, in order for an affiliate partner and a merchant can utilize the system.
Article 4 (Payment of affiliate reward)
1. Participation approval
By being approved as an affiliate partner on Global Cash, an affiliate partner is allowed to advertise merchant site. Affiliate must understand and accept that a merchant is likely to change the affiliate reward commission.
2. Agreement by verification
Result reward must be verified by a merchant in order for an affiliate partner to receive payment. Moreover, a merchant must make an effort to verify within 30days after a sale is generated. However, if a merchant sets it otherwise, an affiliate partner understands and approves that a merchant verifies within 60 days. For all the merchants, if they do not verify within 60 days, all the sales are automatically approved. In addition, when we consider reasonable, the sales verification could be changed even if it is once set.
3. Main payer
The main payer of affiliate reward through the affiliate program is the respective merchant. We make a payment to an affiliate on behalf of a merchant.
4. Delayed payment of a merchant
Even if a merchant makes a delayed payment for an affiliate partner to us, we are not able to pay up front to an affiliate partner. We will not take any responsibilities in regard to the nonpayment.
Article 5 (Promotion advertisement cancellation)
An affiliate partner is allowed to remove the advertisement without noticing a merchant. Also, an affiliate partner must understand and approve that even after an approval of being an affiliate partner by a merchant, a merchant might cancel it without notice.
Article 6 (Stoppage, edition, modification, addition and deletion of promotion)
A merchant is always able to stop, edit, modify, add and delete the promotion. A merchant is required to notify an affiliate partner 5 days in advance, however, if it is an urgent, it can be an exception.
Article 7 (Setting of links by an affiliate partner)
An affiliate partner sets a link on his own site in a way which is specified by a merchant. An affiliate partner is not allowed to edit the link without merchant's permission.
Article 8 (Edition of advertisement, default banner, default advertisement)
An affiliate partner must understand and approve that a merchant may change the banner which is placed on an affiliate site if the change does not include major contents change without affiliate permission. Because of a change of cancellation of advertisement, the banner on an affiliate site might not show properly in which case, a banner of Global Cash will be placed as default. In this case, affiliate reward is not generated.
Article 9 (Management of transaction by an affiliate partner)
We offer online control panel for an affiliate partner. We advise an affiliate partner that he or she access to the control panel and confirm the transaction daily, and if he or she should find an error transaction, he or she must report us right away. We will not take any responsibility even if a trouble occur regarding the affiliate reward because of the failure of a report,
Article 10 (Reception of affiliate reward)
We make affiliate reward payment to an affiliate partner every month. We will subtract US$10.00 from the total affiliate reward as a fee and wire transfer the money to the specified bank account. However, if the affiliate reward does not reach US$100.00, the reward is carried over to the next month. The payment duration is from the first to the last day of each month, the payment is made on 25th of 2 months later. If 25th is Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be paid the next business day.
The bank account which an affiliate partner can specify is only a bank account within the United States. When wire transfer cannot be completed because of erroneous bank account information which an affiliate partner filled in, the fee for wire transfer is paid by an affiliate partner. Regarding the tax practice of affiliate reward based on this article, it is advised to obey the law.
Article 11 (Service maintenance)
Maintenance of network is constantly performed either regularly or irregularly. During the maintenance, an affiliate partner should not complain.
We do not disclose affiliate partner's personal information or any transaction data that we obtain through this program without affiliate partner's permission. However, this does not include the information which is already shown.
The statistic information of the affiliate program can be used or displayed as long as they cannot specify an affiliate partner. An affiliate partner must not disclose technical, sales, and business information that he or she obtains through the program. However, this does not include the information which is already shown.
Article 13 (Term of contract)
The term of contract is valid for an year after member registration. If there is no request of membership cancellation at least 30 days in advance, the contract is updated for another year.
Article 14 (Affiliate partner resignation)
An affiliate partner can resign from Global Cash anytime online.
Article 15 (Deletion of affiliate partner registration)
We delete the registration of an affiliate partner, the contract between an affiliate partner and us terminates when the following cases occur.
When we judge that we are unable to contact an affiliate partner after sending an e-mail more than 3 times in vain.
When an affiliate partner does not obtain affiliate reward for 2 years.
Article 16 (Accounting duty)
Excluding the case of article 17, when the contract is terminated, we pay the amount of affiliate reward which is left after subtracting US$10.00 of transfer fee. However, when the amount which is left after subtracting US$10.00 is zero, we consider that there is no affiliate reward which must be paid to an affiliate partner.
The payment stated above is paid on the 25th of 2 months after the resignation is terminated.
Article 17 (Abandoned actions)
An affiliate partner is not allowed to perform the following actions.
1. Editing advertisement or a link
It is to edit advertisement or a link without merchant's permission.
2. Requesting an action for affiliate reward
It is to force, request and suggest a user to click on the link in order to obtain affiliate reward, or to describe the link which gives misunderstandings to a user.
3. Fallacy actions
It is that an affiliate partner or an affiliate partner in conspiracy with a third party take actions which look like sales occurred, or take fallacy actions. Also it is all the fallacy actions which do not match the purpose of our service.
4. Advertising on a non-registered site
It is that an affiliate places an advertisement of a merchant on a site which an affiliate did not register.
5. Spamming
It is to spam with e-mail, advertising on bbs, and other advertising activities which disturb the third party.
6. Placing an expired advertisement
It is to keep placing an expired advertisement or link.
7. Placing an advertisement for cellular phone
It is to place an advertisement for cellular phone site.
8. A merchant and we judge the fairness of advertisement use, an explanation to an affiliate is not necessary.
We have the right to claim for a log file of a server when the actions which are taken by an affiliate is suspicious. Also, for the security purpose of the system of our service, we do not disclose the reasons for judgment to an affiliate partner unless there is a special reason for it.
Article 18 (License)
License as an affiliate partner is as follows
1. Not to run a site as follows
A site about violence or abuse, a site about racism, a site which is against a law, or a site which is offensive to public order and morals.
2. To be over the age of 18
3. Not to have an erroneous information in signing up for the affiliate partner
4. To read the terms and conditions, and understand it and obey it
5. Not to give wrong information to the network after signing up
6. Not to be forced to resign from an affiliate partner
7. To be able to communicate with us and a merchant in a courtesy way
Article 19 (Termination of contract and forfeit of reward)
We are able to terminate the contract without any notice for the following reasons.
1. When an affiliate partner does not obey the terms and conditions
2. When an affiliate partner performs an illegal action
3. When an affiliate partner performs an action which is not allowed
4. When an affiliate partner does not possess the license defined in article 18
5. When the affiliate result has extremely low quality
6. We will forfeit affiliate reward and will not pay reward at all when we find that an affiliate partner signs up as an affiliate partner even though he or she already has signed up with the same site name, URL, e-mail address, bank account, name or company name.
Article 20 (Contact with the person in charge)
All the contact between an affiliate partner and us is basically made with e-mail or on a website. An affiliate partner is not allowed to turn down the contact mail. Also, during the term of contract, as long as the e-mail from a merchant is considered necessary for our service, an affiliate partner cannot turn down the e-mail from a merchant.
Article 21 (Stoppage, edition, modification, addition and deletion of service)
We are able to stop, edit, add, and delete the service anytime. We are required to notify an affiliate partner with e-mail at least 5 days in advance, however, it is urgent, we are not required.
Article 22 (Signup, approval)
We approve the signup of an affiliate partner based on the information given in signing up. On or after the signup, an affiliate partner is to take a responsibility for the casualty or harm because of the fraud information.
Article 23 (Copyright)
All the materials on an affiliate partner's site do not hold the issue of copyright. If a problem arises between an affiliate partner and a third party, we do not take responsibility.
Article 24 (Limit of insurance)
We make our best effort to maintain the service, operation, use, and the result stably, however, we do not insure the followings.
1. To operate the site without the problem or stopping the service temporally
2. To fix the network when the network has a flaw
3. Not to have a destructive edifice like computer virus within the network service
4. To be provided with the sufficient security
5. To be able to display advertisement without depending on the user's machine
Article 25 (Limit of responsibility)
When the contract terminates during the term, each person does not claim compensation for loss against each other. Even when the possibility of loss is predicted, compensation for damage should not be claimed. The loss stated here includes all the benefit and indirect loss.
Article 26 (Intellectual property right and license)
The intellectual property right, contents, technology, all the images (including banners) of which we, or a merchant provide belong to then one who provides them, and an affiliate is only allowed to use them within the specified network. Also, An affiliate partner cannot modify or edit the contents without permission in advance.
Article 27 (Accidental force)
In case of failures such as disaster, omission, fire, strike, flood, epidemic, riot, and war which we are not able to control, each person does not take responsibility for the failure of our contract duty, or inability to perform the service.
Article 28 (Revision of terms and conditions)
We edit or revise the contract or conditions without affiliate partner's permission based on our judgment. |
